Orleans has many scenic natural areas with a number of beautiful nature trails and paths to explore. The most popular is Petrie Island, a stunning area of natural beauty situated along the Ottawa River, which is home to a variety of unique wildlife and provincially rare flora and fauna. Situated in the north-east area of Orleans, the Petrie Island park area has a natural beach and nature centre. In the summer the marina offers canoe and kayak rental, which makes for a fun and memorable family day out! Let Shaunna McIntosh help you buy a home in Orleans today.
