If you’re looking on the northeast in neighbourhoods like Covent Glen, Hiawatha Park, Chapel Hill, Orléans Village, Chateauneuf, Chatelaine Village, and Queenswood Heights you’ll mostly find homes built in the 1960s to 1990s, with some built in the 1990s and early 2000s. As Orléans expanded south into Fallingbrook, Springridge, Notting Hill, Summerside, and Avalon we saw continued development in the 1990s with the majority of homes in these areas were built in the early 2000s or later. In terms of style, Orleans has a decent mix of options. Predominantly single detached homes, there are a fair number of row homes and apartments. In the northwest, you’ll mostly find single detached homes with some row units and a few apartment options. If you’re looking for an apartment in Orléans, you’ll find the highest number of options around this side of Orléans. As you look south, the number of apartments decreases, however, you’ll find a similar mix of single detached homes and row homes.
